CONDITIONS
1-The shortest period renting our properties is 1 week. You can stay less time, but a full week fee will be charged.
2-Under no circumstances will the apartment be occupied by more guests than its capacity permits. In some properties additional portable beds would be potentially available y 25€/per day.
3-Electricity and gas expenses are included in the rent for most of our rentals. 4-All the properties are provided with linen, towels and crockery for all the guests.
5-The prices are per day based on the property capacity and location.
6-All the bank transactions will be in Euros (€).
7-Pets are not allowed (exceptions might be agreed depending of the property).

BOOKING
1-Once you have chosen the property and the days you will stay in the booking form, SITGES RENT & SALE will send you an e-mail confirming the availability and the total price for the selected property in the dates of your interest.
2-To confirm the booking is essential to pay 25% of the total rental price by bank transaction.
3-The reservation will not be valid until SITGES RENT & SALE receives the amount corresponding to the 25% of the rent and the client receives a payment confirmation e-mail.
4-The rest of the rent (75%) will be paid in cash when you check-in also 20% with a minimum of 600 € as deposit of guarantee. In case this amount is not paid at arrival time, you will not be able to occupy the property.

CHECK-IN: 16.30h to 21.00h
CHECK-OUT: 9.00h to 11.30

If necessary, these times may be modified according to availability.
5-Check-in and check-out between 21.00 and 9.00 will be charged with extra fee of 30 €.
6-You need to let us know the estimated arrival time in Sitges as well as the means of transport you will use. SITGES RENT & SALE will inform you about the best way to reach the property.
7-SITGES RENT & SALE staff will be waiting for you in the property at the agreed time to check in, give you the keys, show you around the property and explain anything regarding domestic appliances. They will also receive the remaining 75% of the booking as well as 10% with a minimum of 350 € in deposit of guarantee.
8-The 25% paid as reservation will not be refundable in any case but it allows modifications in the booking if there is availability.

MODIFICATIONS IN THE BOOKING
1-Once the 25% of booking payment has been made, changes can be carried out in the dates (up to 3 months before of after the previously booked date) or in the chosen property as long as it is available.
2-If the amount of the new booking is larger than the previous one, the difference in the booking confirmation must be paid.

DEPOSIT
At check-in, 20% with a minimum of 600 € must be paid as a deposit of guarantees to cover possible damages in the selected property. This amount is refundable at check-out when the property's contents are in the same conditions as they were before occupation and no damage has been done to them.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1-Up to a minimum of 30 days notice the customer will make effective a bank transfer to Sitges RENT & SALE related to 25% of the total rental price of the property.
2-Request to our staff through an e-mail the bank account to proceed to the bank transfer.
3-We strongly recommend you have travel insurance which compensates for any unexpected cancellation extra charges as well as possible damages in the property.

BEHAVIOR RULES
1-We will appreciate the observance of the following basic behavior rules.
. Respecting the property and its contents.
. Respecting the neighbors' rest time, specially at night (from 23.00h to 9.00h) and at siesta time (approximately from 15.00h to17.00h).
. Respecting the common areas in the building and closing front doors.
. Turning off the air conditioning and lights every time you leave the property. . Not forgetting the door keys inside the property.
. Respecting the condominium rules with special attention to tennis court or swimming pools when available.
